Advanced notice for the boat angler’s diaries, this event is a warm up for the 2010 European Boat and Line Class Championships and will be fished out of Dalvik on the north coast.

It will be held on 15 and 16 May 2009. Further details and entry forms will be posted when they become available.

Yep only two official days but we’ll probably do some on our own and have another crack at the 1 kilo dabs!

cheers dave, still considering my options re kenya next year, with the fuel rises on the boats and surcharges on flights it’s getting a bit expensive to do every year

not to mention the cost of phonecalls tongue rolleye

mind you, it helps if you use your mates phone when he’s not looking wink

The 2009 Championships are in Scotland and will be fished from Stromness in the Orkney Isles, during the first week in August. Details should be on the Scottish website shortly - http://www.efsa-scotland.org
