where are the kayakers

living in south west Ireland on the Beara Peninsula I am out fishing quite a bit mainly from the shore but also from my boat. Not very adventurous so stay inshore generally where there are plenty of pollack, ray, huss, wrasse, conger etc. but I have yet to see one of you kayakers out here fishing in territory which looks made for the job.
Just wondered where oyu all are - or perhaps you do not travel much.

Your a lucky man living that part of the world…

I was over there a couple of weeks ago with the kayak. I was fishing from the Lambs head up on the Iveragh Peninsula. It is a mecca for kayaking and the scenery is stunning.  The fishing was also excellent, only dampened slightly by the persistant Atlantic swells. The one advantage is that there seems to be somewhere to fish though no matter what direction the wind is in.
